Alison Peters is the founder and owner of The Lavender Sachet. After wrangling clients and media in New York City for over 10 years while working in public relations, she moved out of her Chelsea apartment back to her hometown of Cincinnati in early 2020. Throughout her time as a luxury hotel publicist, one memento she always brought back with her was a perfume from different cities: Paris, Marrakech, St. Moritz, Venice, Ocho Rios, Florence — wherever she found herself. These perfumes are still special to her, as scent is such a powerful sensory link back to specific memories and emotions.

The Lavender Sachet believes in wearing perfume every day. It shouldn’t be precious or saved for a special occasion. Perfume should be both cherished and practical.

Born from the desire to create moments of both connection and calm in our busy lives, The Lavender Sachet reimagines fragrance for the everyday woman.
