How does shipping work?
Shipping on all orders starts at a $5.00 flat fee and is .50 cents extra per item. All purchased items will be shipped within one week of your order. If you need something sooner, please contact me, and I will do my best to expedite your order.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes – shoot me an email or DM and we can coordinate if you are local to the Kenwood, Blue Ash, Madeira, Indian Hill or Montgomery area. You can also pre-order and pick up product from me at any of my upcoming markets.

Do you host perfume workshops?
Yes! More info on workshops can be found here.  

Do you host perfume workshops for birthday parties or Girl Scout Troops?
Absolutely. Please fill out the Google Form here with as much information as possible.

Do you create custom orders? Bulk orders?
Yes, we can do bulk orders for weddings, bachelorettes, bridal showers or corporate events can be created custom as well. If you are looking for a custom-made product, please contact me at thelavendersachet@gmail.com and I would be happy to work with you. Please add “CUSTOM ORDER” to the subject line and include as much detail as possible (quantity, colors, scent, date needed, occasion, etc.).

When is a good occasion to ‘gift’ perfume?
Lots of occasions! Perfume make a lovely housewarming gift, bridal or baby shower favors, stocking stuffers, a thoughtful Mother’s Day or teacher appreciation present, or an “I’m just thinking of you” gift. IMO, life is all about the small joys right now.

Is your soap vegan?
Yes. All of the glycerin used in the soaps are vegetable-based.

Does your soap contain parabens?
No, it does not contain any parabens.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your perfume, soap, etc. for any reason, simply send it back for a refund. Please include the original sales slip, unused soap and send back within five (5) days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or I made an error, I will replace your order free of charge with no additional shipping fees.
